Could you imagine a pregnant Donald Rumsfeld?

I'm sorry for creating any visuals of ole' Rummy...that don't involve being tried and convicted as a war criminal.

But take a look at this:

Spain's Defense Minister Carme Chacón
(who happens to be 7 months pregnant) inspects the troops.

I took French in grade school and high school, so I don't know how to say YOU GO, GIRL! in Spanish.

Spain's Prime Minister José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero was elected in 2004. "In his first term, he passed a sweeping law against domestic violence, legalized gay marriage, eased divorce laws, and required political parties to practice gender parity. He also appointed equal numbers of men and women to cabinet positions" [read more here].

And, what's more, he was reelected on March 9.

Now THAT is change I can believe in.

Can you just envision President Hillary Rodham Clinton and Prime Minister Zapatero getting together next year and opening some serious transnational whoop-ass on the patriarchy?!?

It's "Tu vaya chica!"

We all plan on moving to Spain if McSame wins. Mostly to ogle defense ministers.
